Hotel is great however main building does not have AC

Every single staff member was lovely and so nice. Property was well kept and constantly tended to through out the day. beautiful resort and good food.

Everything was excellent the options with food and restaurants were great the pool was very clean and the staff were very friendly and delivered great service with the people who clean the rooms a everybody else. The only problem that I noticed that the escalator that went down was broken and also they don’t have the ramps for disabled guest but everything else was great planning our next vacations with fiesta americana Condesa

Fernanda, Chelito, Eladio, Roberto, Manuel M, Jesus J, Magdalena, Nayeli, Limber, Adrian, David, Jairo, Claudio, Henry, Tomas, Francisco, and Ivan.We recently stayed at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is a tropical paradise, with beautifully designed rooms and breathtaking ocean views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities creates a truly luxurious atmosphere. The food at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun was nothing short of extraordinary. The variety and quality of the dining options were impressive, from the delectable seafood at the beachfront restaurant to the mouthwatering Mexican dishes at the on-site eatery. Each meal was a delightful experience, with fresh ingredients and expertly crafted flavors. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel right at home. Eddy, Melissa, Pedro, and Carlos are honestly the best workers at the resort always respect they bring the energy to the resort without them none of it could have been possible HUGE shout out to them made the trip 1000 percent better for sure coming back because of them

Food is awesome, and ppl are very well trained. What I did not like is that the rooms got a little hot and moved rooms also was in the pool playing games and i cut my foot on a broken part of the pool floor. Didn't know how that happened, and finally working on properly like painting and fixing floors and other projects.

Beautiful property. A little difficult to navigate at first, but you get used to it. The Fiesta Americana chain is a great choice across Central America and Mexico. Have stayed in a few, and you can’t go wrong. My heart is with the RIU chain, but the RIU Kukulcan Palace in Cancún didn’t have a room the last night of my stay. Decided to experiment, so FA Condesa Cancún it was. Loved the key bracelets as you never had to worry about getting locked out of your room. The rooms are well laid out and comfortable. It’s the low season, so not tons of guests, but also not many servers on the beach or pool area. However, the folks working in those areas were working hard and did a great job. No complaints,and would recommend. Would stay at any FA hotel anywhere, but on a price versus value comparison, in my opinion, the RIU offers equal beauty, maintenance and cleanliness (both excellent), better rooms and better food choices. Beach quality at each chain varies from location to location. Whether you spend time at a Fiesta Americana resort or a RIU resort at any playa in Mexico, you will have a great time. The FA Condesa is a great place to stay

Superb service! Employees greet you with "Buenos Dias" and place their hand across their hearts. Any issues raised are immediately addressed. If you use the same waiter, he/she tends to remember your preferences. We have been coming here going on 20 years and feel like the staff is family. I believe it's one of the only resorts that has a heated pool (upper pool) so don't be afraid to come in the middle of winter. The resort overlooks the ocean, so you feel like you are in the nature's womb (pelicans, iguanas, limitless ocean vista, low overhanging clouds, colorful sunrises and sunsets, etc., etc.). The resort has a very authentic Mexican feel.

Our first time in Cancun, and Fiesta American Condesa made it unforgettable! Great buffet, great ceviche , pool, beach and friendly staff! What else could you ask for? Our room had such a great view and it was clean. They had live music in the bar every night which was also fun.

This property needs a major remodel. Very old and the AC throughout the whole property did not work for my entire stay.
