Dear whom this may concern I stayed at the hilton Hotel on the 13th August for one night on a special occasion with my partner as we like this hotel and have stayed before which was pleasant. Unfortunately we were very disappointed this time for various reasons. Only one channel worked on the TV and as we were trying to fix it, we had a complaint about noise. It made us feel very uncomfortable for the rest of the evening as we weren't actually making any.  In the morning I woke to make us coffee to find there was no milk, coffee or sugar. I called reception which then took 20 minutes for someone to bring. I wouldn't usually complain as I like this hotel but I found the stay very unsatisfying and feel that I have to email, we paid £120 so as you can understand I'm very disappointed. If there's anything that can be done il be very grateful Thankyou Jessica

Nice hotel and good location. The only downside is £15.00 to park the car overnight. Daylight robbery!

Staff were extremely helpful. Dined in restaurant. Food excellent though did not expect the compulsory service charge. Breakfast had a large variety to reject from. All in all a great stay. Will definitely return.

Great stay, location really good for our trip to Crystal Palace park. Hotel very clean and bright and breakfast was excellent, plenty on offer.

The hotel stay was nice and the food options were very good. However, the front desk staff were hit and miss depending on who was there. Most were polite and one was not. For a Hilton I expected a bit higher end experience and room.

The breakfast was outstanding with .ultiple options well coordinated. Could have improved on the clothes storage options in the room but very nice overall

Great stay. The welcome when we arrived was first class. We arrived early after a long drive and in the middle of the IT outage. Despite this, we received a lovely welcome by reception staff, who managed to organise our room to be ready while we had an early lunch in the restaurant - served by another friendly, professional staff member. We had to be taken to our room by reception staff as the electronic keys weren’t working - but this was all managed with a smile, despite this being, I can imagine, to be an onerous task to do for all guests! The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped and very quiet. Free parking was available. Breakfast had a great choice, with more friendly, professional staff providing a welcome, support and regular replenishment of items. Overall, a very enjoyable stay - we would certainly stay there again.
