At first glance I was all "uh no" what did I get myself into. I could not have been more wrong. While my room was a bit dim in terms of lighting, it was clean and comfortable. But the best part was they put me on the concierge level and I got to meet Tina! For two nights she welcomed me with open arms and heart. LOVED HER GOTTA GIVE HER A RAISE. For a solo traveler she was amazing!

If I remember correctly her name was Christine, waitress at the restaurant. She was very nice and friendly extremely nice.

The hotel was nice and clean. The bathroom was a little small but room was nice. I love that there was a restaurant inside hotel. The only downfall is that shopping and places to eat are like 10 minutes away.

The hallways are extremely noisy at night. People yelling etc. Hallway carpets were dirty.

The restaurant didn't serve any food because the stuff said they were too busy with serving the drinks in the bar.
Some kids stayed in the next door. They were kicking my door, yelling until midnight.
The whole overnight stay was totally a nightmare.

There were literal blood spots on the floor of our hotel room and it took room service 2 times to clean it up. The first time we put identifiers on the ground (just pieces of paper) and the paper was picked up without the spots being cleaned. I called the front desk and they came and cleaned it immediately. So the bad was the cleaning service missed cleaning blood off the floor, but the good was the front desk was very responsive and helpful.
