We had a great stay here twice over the duration of our trip to Turkey. Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast brunch was wonderful and we loved the amenities like the pool and gym. Definitely recommend this to visitors to Istanbul.

We stayed 4 nights at the start of our Turkey adventure and it was nice to have a lovely hotel with all the amenities to transition us from a lengthy flight. The staff are helpful and the location is accessible by taxi to areas of the city you want to take in. We have opted to return and stay before we leave Turkey and it’s because of food, pool, gym and great breakfast.

We've ordered room service a few times and every time it was delivered very fast, without any mistakes or issues. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and close to the places we wanted to visit. The room was big, cozy, and clean. The Hyatt family never disappoints. Special thanks to Pelin Gurer, the fabulous guest relations agent, who took care of our checkout. Thank you for your warmth and friendliness. And thank you for a special gift - it will forever remind us of our beautiful Turkey adventure. Till next time!

I love Hyatt hotels because they have something in common- good, calm ambiance and modern, updated rooms. I liked that the lobby had security and it was a grand entrance. However, the rooms looked like Marriott or Hilton. They were very outdated with mirrors covering the entire bathroom. The room was beige and had a 70s vibe unlike what I thought I was getting based on the photographs. I also didn’t like how even though my room was non smoking, I could smell strong smoke scents in the hallway. What I did like is how convenient it was to get to the square.

A very comfortable stay at this property, staff is extremely polite and helpful they go an extra yard to fulfill your request.
The property itself is in the middle of shopping, pleasure, restaurant area.at the same time is very inclusive. They have a nice big size pool with hooka/shisha lounge.

Great properly and we stay here a few times a year coming from the states. Normally this is 5 stars but the mini bar did not work and I had medication that had to be kept cool. The mini bar worked maybe for a few hours. When we got up in the morning it was warm inside. I brought a portable mini medicine cooler which I used on the plane and moved my insulin quickly over. Hoping it didn’t got bad overnight in the fridge.

Just wow. Definitely one of the best hotel in Istanbul.
Everything was great, Location, Access to the City center and transportation . All of staff were super nice and welcoming.

The neighborhood is quiet, the rooms are well maintained and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We liked the Grand Hyatt Istanbul very much and hope to be back some day.
