Overall enjoyed my stay this will be our lil spot

My friend and I were pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place was. Unfortunately there was some damage from the recent storms, but you can tell it is very taken care of. The pools and hot tub were beautiful. The beach area was gorgeous and we loved that they offer chairs and lounges. The Skybar was convenient and very pretty. Drinks were tasty and the bang bang shrimp was good. The rooms were lovely. I wish we had a coffee maker in the room though. The bathroom was basic and could use some updating, but at least it was very clean. I’m sure during the season it is much busier so going at this time was super nice. Having the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean was amazing as well. Overall I would absolutely recommend this place. I cannot wait to go back!

This was a last minute find! We arrived at another hotel and were very unhappy about the appearance so we left. I found this hotel in the car-it was such a treasure! Such a cool resort style hotel, with a great bar and food. So so impressed and we will be back!

The place was awesome! Would definitely stay again. The only reason I docked stars for service because one night the restaurant/bar shut down early when it was full of people and when we asked why the bartender got a little hateful. But all in all a great place

A great location. Loved that there is Live Music. It would be nice to have better breakfast options, but the food truck had delicious burgers. We would definitely enjoy another stay again!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The amenities at the hotel are top-notch. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and luxurious space to relax. The Sky Bar was a highlight of our stay—the food was delicious, and the bartender provided exceptional service with a friendly and attentive demeanor. A special mention goes to the front desk agent Kionte, who made us feel welcomed and ensured a smooth check-in process. Additionally, the general manager took the time to introduce himself and ensure we felt valued. Their personal touches made our stay even more special. We were two couples who experienced this together, and we were all genuinely surprised and amazed by the high standards and hospitality at the Sky Beach Hotel. Having traveled extensively and often faced disappointment, this experience stood out as exceptional. We will definitely be coming back again for sure. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the rooms, pools and fireworks for their grand opening. They have a couple growing pains still to go but I’m excited to return and see there new plans like a restaurant and cafe. We went when it’s a super hot time of year so unless you were in the pool or your room there wasn’t much relief. I would recommend some misters and more fans.

Close to St. Pete's beach and the 2 pools are comfortable. I was disappointed because the staff changed my room without consulting me and gave me a supposedly up-graded room but it had a spiral staircase and the bathroom on the second floor and was very difficult to walk up and down and very inconvenient. I would never want that room again.

It was a nice hotel, however the only reason I booked it was because it had a nice private beach. With that said, hah what private beach? If you want to call maybe 15 yards of water with sand a beach then of course they had one. But in most peoples views that is not what one considers a nice private beach. Was not happy that I had to drive 15 miles to go to a real beach. But other than that and the price of their restaurant (holy cow) it was a fairly pleasant trip.

Friendly, professional staff...checked into the room smelled like mold killed a spider within 10 seconds and lock on door was broken...room looked like a cell. They gave me another room w an "upgrade"... Not so great, room needed repais as well. Will not stay there again.

It was ok. Calling the thing out back a beach is a farce. Pool was rusty. Shuffleboard area stayed covered with debris.

Needs some maintenance but works for a quick in/out of town for non-business at the price we paid. We've stay multiple times. The bathroom on this most recent trip needs some help. Breakfast and waitress were pretty good. If I could find a nicer place for the same priced I would change hotels. In the end it meets but does not exceed our needs.
