Okay for a sleep over if you have an early morning flight. The free airport shuttle starts at 5am. It's a bit outdated and the heater was very noisy. The best part is that it's close to the airport.

The room smell stinky like urine..!! Front door area wasn’t cleaning also and have the second hand stuffs leaves there and didn’t put into the hotel storage room. In the apps it says have Breakfast but the fact they don’t…!! and the staffs said also to us that they serve breakfast anymore…!! So disappointed…!!

It was an ok stay. There was really nice guy up at the front who helped us out in the beginning. But otherwise, the folks were pretty rude. They acted like we were dumb just because we had questions about shuttle services. There was no hot water most the time, and water pressure was non existent. Towels also had stains on them. Won’t stay here again.

Had a layover at LAX, just needed a place to get a few hours sleep. Loved the free shuttle, to and from airport.. very easy to schedule and timely. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. The evening desk clerk was super friendly, the morning girl although not personable she was efficient. My only word of caution: the hotel is made up of several 2 story buildings, with one being across the street. Our room was in that building and it felt a little sketchy. I would not have felt comfortable walking to the room had I been by myself.

We enjoyed our brief one night stay here- the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The free Airport transfer is the biggest bonus . Room is spacious and location is so near the Airport !!

Unfortunately, my stay was unsatisfactory. There was no running water for three hours, a construction crew was constantly making noise, there were stains on the bed sheets, the see-through curtains provided no privacy, and dirty bathroom floors. Room was not properly cleaned. Thank you.

We decided to stay here as a relatively lower cost option before a very early morning flight at LAX. The room is clean and has all the basic things you need. The water is hot, but the pressure is low. What made this an unpleasant stay was the screaming intoxicated person just outside the hotel. Staff were nice and responded to the noise immediately but the screaming person just moved to the gas station right next to the hotel. So overall decent staff, but not worth coming here if you want a quick sleep before the flight as the noise level is very high!

Stay was nice. Only complaint is the shower head was so old, only a trickle of water came out. Other than that, good value for your money.

The one front desk girl was a total bot who needs a new vocation but the others were fine. The pool is a joke. They use a company called Bounce to cover “the liability” in case anything happens to your bag in bag storage and charge for the privilege. Preposterous.on both counts. Every other hotel in the world, including the Aloft El Segundo down the road, provides this service complimentarily and safely. And of course our bags were fine after being in storage for 6 long hours. Why wouldn’t they be?! The cleaning staff couldn’t understand a word we said but were very helpful and we got things sorted with them. The shuttle took a long time to pick us up at the airport and we had to take a cab to the airport upon our return trip because nobody seemed to know where the shuttle was. The motel was close to the airport which was convenient and close to food and stores and the bus too. It is also a nice walk to downtown El Segundo, about 20 mins. We only slept in the room, there is no way you would want to spend any of your time in LA hanging around these premises. All in all it was just fine.
