We had a couple of issues with our room. The shower had very little water pressure and the remote on the
TV did not work. It was very difficult to select a channel and/or move around the guide. The remote was non-responsive.

We had to wait for almost 2 hours to get into our room. It caused us to be delayed in getting to the concert we were attending.

Not ice on first floor. Signs for ice took me clear around the building. Machine did not work. Had to go to second floor. Hallways were dirty. I will never stay at Marriott or book through Hotels.com. RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We picked this place close to where we were visiting our son. Place was clean and quite. Has neat courtyard and pool. We were super disappointed that you had to pay extra for WiFi and phones didn’t want to work. Also the pillows are bed were horrible.

Overall, the property was clean and the service was excellent. However, I had one minor issue with the ice machine on our floor. I had to call the front desk a few times to have it serviced because it was constantly inoperable. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Great area to shop and dine! This was a last second modification to our original vacation due to weather cancelations. Highly recommend staying! Thank you for the great accommodations!

it is/was a good hotel in a good part of town providing good service. a trifecta.
despite it being in a good spot, it needs more after-hours options that are not "transportation" too far. maybe not an option? BonVoy might engage a supplier open to...say midnight?
