The room temperature was difficult to adjust, therefore the room was very cold.

Stayed on 3rd floor, folks partying and talking well beyond 2:30 am

Pillows are huge. A big bonus for me and my hubby. Bed is super comfy. And room is set up so cute! Loved it!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. But we stayed in room 222 and it is right by the speaker for the music outside the front door to the left which woke me up at 2:30am and I couldn't go back to sleep and had to be up for work at 5am. May i suggest the speaker needs to be moved or shut off at a certain time and then turned back on at a certain time.

The only ding I will give is that the shower was damaged and the head was bad. Called maintenance and they said they don't have a replacement

It is a brand new hotel with fine staff.

Few staff members were rude and not very helpful. Asked maid what to do with our trash and she looked at us like we were dumb and said I don’t know. Asked for batteries and towels several times for remote etc and never came

Was good. Clean. Easy access to the venue. Local dining is also very close.
