Lovely rooms, great ambience and great staff without exception. Pampered by the place and the people who could not have done more to make us feel welcome and relaxed.

Stayed in a cosy room for 2 nights. Room was nice, 8th floor, bigger than i had thought. I didnt receive the turn down service which was really disappointing. On the way out on evening i saw someone pushing a cart with little boxes of macaroons on. Excited opened my room when i got back later to find nothing, noone had been in. Breakfast was nice however i felt really awkward, the lady directed me to the furthest away table and said 'because you sre on your own' i hope she meant it nicely but it came across poorly. Bath had a patch of paint in it that flaked off during use. Overall wouldnt recommend

Lovely stay at an excellent hotel.

Front desk staff and door staff were very nice. I was excited to stay here as I had had drinks in the coral room a few years back and thought it was lovely. I found the room very small and it was right right next to the elevator so all night I could hear the elevator up and down. I had booked a standard room and it was over 295 pounds which was about $350 US dollars. I was expecting a little bit more of a standard for that price. The hotel is having work done so the entrance is not that appealing and the area around it has become not as nice as I remember. If you only stay in the hotel dining you might have a better experience. All in all I felt the price I paid was not what I got in terms of a room.

The employees were all lovely and the room was well maintained throughout my visit. The only small thing was the hairdryer was not near any mirror which made it quite difficult to accomplish the task.

Very centralised and perfect for shopping. Beautifully presented and floral arrangements are stunning. We will definitely book again but upgrade our room as although it was lovely, a little too small.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was maintained to a high standard and spotlessly clean with a classically modern decor. The room facilities were excellent with a coffee machine and kettle (for tea lovers). The evening turndown with slippers placed perfectly was a lovely touch. I will be back. The hotel was very central for the theatre/ Oxford Street or Mayfair.

Amazing attentive staff. The beds were undoubtedly the most comfortable we have had on our trip. Great location 2 min walk to Tottenham court tube.

The hotel is conveniently located to the British Museum, Dickson's Museum, shopping center, and many restaurants. The food at the hotel was quite good. The staffs were very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
