Nice clean hotel. Great bar area and breakfast spot in the morning. Room was clean and staff was very pleasant. Able to walk around to other restaurants and bars a block away

The place was nice. However when I called to request a refill for shower gel and conditioner as the bottles in the shower were empty. I have been told they would send right away. We never heard from anyone. Luckily my wife brought back up. The front desk person apologized during check out. Until next time, we like the area and hopefully, it will be better.

Very nice hotel in a nice area. Parking is a small problem, but otherwise a good place to stay.

The location was great but these items need improvement to receive a higher rating. Outlet in bathroom did not work, pillows were awful, front desk offered to bring different ones, they never showed up, no safe in the room, a ceiling light was out.

You guys overbooked your hotel. I paid for a two bed room and got one bed. My son and I had to sleep on the floor.
Your front desk personnel was clueless and rude. They could not care less and blamed the double booking on us using hotels.com to book the night, which just added insult to injury.

Quick stop, was stranded in Charlotte due to missed connection and realized the hotels that airline had vouchers for were out in the boonies with no food options. I wouldn’t put my dog up in some of those places! Had seen this place on previous trips to Charlotte and wanted to try it…. Very clean, staff very polite, even to late arriving traveler

My overall experience was a fantastic one! However, I called the front desk for assistance and never got through because the line was busy for hours.

I booked a room for 3 days and paid the price a couple of months before. My flight got canceled by Air Canada and i arrived at the hotel the next day. They did not let me in and canceled the whole 3 days. The worst experience ever. Interestingly i called them the day the flight got canceled and explained that i will be coming the next day but they didn't listen!!!!

Looked like a nice property from the lobby but that’s as far as I got. I had a confirmed reservation and went to check in and they said yeah we see your reservation but we just don’t have a room for you. Was told they regularly overbook. A reservation is a commitment to provide a room on a certain date at a certain date. I will not do business with people that make it a practice of not honoring commitments

Rashad was absolutely amazing! He was so accommodating and personable, greeted everyone as they entered and left the hotel, remembers your name and always had a smile! Hotel was clean and the energy was great! We won't stay anywhere else the next time we're in town! Thanks, Rashad!

Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hotel was well kept and clean. Tea and water were conveniently located in the lobby, making for a nice little treat on the way in

Two problems this time around (I've stayed here before). They put me in a room below the fitness center, so had to change rooms at 11 pm due to the noise. The check out time indicate by Expedia is different than the hotel-they do not care what Expedia lists as a check out time as they are 3rd party and that is "not their problem" poor customer service. Won't be staying again.
