I had a great time at this very family style centralized transportation Was super convenient. Highly recommend for all family and doing most of the time or spending your time outside of the room! I Will be back definitely

This hotel has the best beach in Cancun for swimming. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. You don't have to worry about pushy people trying to sell you timeshares or anything. They don't do that at this hotel, which is why we loved it so much. Thank you, Virgilio, Victor and everyone else who helped us during our stay!

Friendly staff and right on a perfect sandy beach with shallow water. No Sargassum here on our visit. Breakfast buffet offered a fair amount of options but the quality wasn't great unfortunately. Also, breakfast would be so much nicer at the beach bar/restaurant rather than inside the building. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was ok but lacked shade and decoration.

Our recent stay was quite pleasant. This is a very quiet hotel with dining options and a great, calm, beach. Bus transportation is right outside of the property and only 12 pesos. The night life of the hotel zone is only a 15 minute walk but I did return home with some serious blisters on my feet. The hotel is very clean and the staff all speak English which is a plus but I didn't get much opportunity to practice my Spanish. Price was very economical.

Standard rooms are VERY basic for this villa/suite property, akin to Motel 6 in the states. You get a (loud) refrigerator and a 'kitchen' sink but virtually nothing else makes the standard room a 'suite.' Pros: comfy beds, good aircon, good wifi, good water pressure in the bathroom, good restaurant on the beach, nice palapas on the beach, okay pool, good location on the beach, very close to a bus stop into the city Cons: small bathroom, scratchy towels, not enough towels, loud doors and hallways (you can hear EVERYTHING, hard to sleep), only local TV all in spanish but somehow didn't broadcast the olympics?, breakfast buffet is okay but expensive

Property itself is on par with Ibrostar all inclusive resort in punta cana. The bedding is modern but the property has a classic feel. The difference is obviously this is very minimal, no amenities besides a small pool and tiny gym. It’s definitely worth the money and perfect for those who are exploring and doing excursions and eating out. The best part is the beach is literally the same as the major resorts in the hotel zone, you can walk beside to Dreams, Riu, etc. Super convenient location: there’s a 24h convenience store 2 minutes away, bus stop right outside hotel to go to ADO terminal etc, also just 10 min walk to the major plaza in the area with lots of delicious food for good prices. The restaurant is terrible though. Average food that’s way overpriced. They should either increase the quality of the menu or reduce prices by half.

The staff will always make you feel welcome the door guy I met once and every time I saw him would call me by my name which it’s impressive knowing the amount of ppl they see everyday. House keeping was on point went beyond of what they had to clean yes I would stay there again and again.

It’s the FIRST TIME EVER someone asked for my passport and my children’s they foto copied our documents and I was asking why, they said it was their policy but it made me feel uncomfortable. I was entitled to a free breakfast which they didn’t offer or give.

This was a very affordable option, great for families. Location is great- good shopping and gorgeous beach! However we did not think the food on site was particularly delicious- just okay

Beautiful property, well maintained. The breakfast is amazing. The beach is clean and very nice (just make sure you put your towels early in the morning, so you can enjoy the beach umbrellas). It takes about 10-15 min. walking to get to the restaurants and the shopping area. It was a pleasure to stay there and would love to come back again.
