Horrible service. There were no towels in our room. We had to ask for them. Took forever to get them . When we did get them they were worn out and old. Our room was next to the street and all we heard was the traffic going by. We asked for a better view and told us it would be an extra cost. The door to the balcony did not work, could not open it. Would of given it a pass if the service was better.

Everything was great and clean. Only problem was they wouldn’t leave us towels every time they would clean. And they don’t switch out the sheets.

The staff is not friendly. Waited over 30 minutes to get a water at breakfast. They dont care at all about the customers. Not one friendly word from them. Will not stay here again.

It was a lovely calm clean hotel. Will most definitely book here again next year when I go back to Cancun!!!

The property was OK. Nothing special. Wifi was not good. TV never worked. No limes for my Cororna and no water to purchase. I felt awful for Julio, who stands all day. Please get this man a high chair with a podium. That is still a professional look. Employees who work hard should be treated better. He was the highlight of my day. Thanks Julio! No one was especially nice, just tolerable. The food at the restaurant was not good. I ordered nachos on my last day and Velveta cheese was on it! Unexceptable. Couldn't eat it. I would not recommend this hotel.

During the IT issue weekend my flights was canceled and this hotel refused to refund my money which is totally wrong and charged me for the whole 3 day stay.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel which I found to be of a very high standard, even though it was one of the cheapest in the area. The only problem was that the beach that is easily accessible was not very interesting. You should know that Cancun is not really the paradise destination that it claims to be, it is highly industrialised tourism, the town is crisscrossed with highways and extremely over priced. But if you’re happy with that, this hotel is great
