We were a family of 2 adults and 2 small children. We arrived at 11am but check in was not until 3pm. The fellow in the office was very kind. He allowed us to leave our luggage in his office and then arranged an early check in at midday at no cost to us and phoned us to see we were ok. His customer service was first class and he is to be congratulated. We are very grateful to him.

The view of this apartment is incredible! Since it's an apartment everything is there, kitchen, tv, dishwasher, and even washer and dryer. Also a pool sauna, gym, and bbq at level 4.
Things that can definitely be improve on: some of the doors need to be fix, it was like fighting with it to close the door. The shower head is loose, so it kept on falling. Need to have a bath mat. The bed was quite uncomfortable, maybe get a mattress topper then it will be a bit more comfortable.
Overall I would come back.

The view of this apartment is incredible! Since it's an apartment everything is there, kitchen, tv, dishwasher, and even washer and dryer. Also a pool sauna, gym, and bbq at level 4.

The check in was absolutely shocking and ridiculous.. had to walk up and down 2 blocks of Hope St in deluge of rain, searching for key locked on fence which had been misplaced by cleaner.. hence information given regarding location was grossly inaccurate.. needed to call owner several times and although apologetic found attitude to be condescending.. will NEVER stay here again

The communication with the agency was rather poor. Tried to contact them over the course of 2 days multiple times and didn't get a response.

The property was not clean to the standards of a hotel. I would say the cleanliness was more like highway motel standards (The only photo I took does not do the state of the place justice). This is a shame be cause the hotel could have been quite nice and the actual tower had some great facilities. You can tell that the place has not been well looked after. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely uncomfortable: the last two rows of springs (left hand side) were broken, so I had one set digging into my back, and the other making me feel like I was going to fall over the edge. Instead of preparing the sofa bed, we had an inflatable mattress placed in the living room floor which started to deflate after the first use. The pots and pans were scratched and some cutlery and glasses were missing. We asked for a cot and were not even contacted about it. I called the office to tell them about the situation and was told that they would talk to the property manager about giving us a refund but I didn't even hear back from them. Instead of a refund I would have appreciated another room, or for someone to thoroughly clean the apartment but nothing was offered. Definitely am not staying in a room/apartment managed by iHome ever again!

Be aware that if you book a “deluxe” room you may end up with a “signature” room. I booked a deluxe room as it advertised 2 x King beds (important when you have 4 adults staying who are all over 6 foot tall). A King bed option is a request and NOT a guarantee. We ended up with 2 x Queen beds. The view however was stunning from the tiny balcony. It seems room cleaning only extends to the beds being made up as it was clear (cordial or juice spilled down the drawers in the kitchen) the ample time the property has to clean the room was insufficient. The second room was tiny and if you don’t leave the door open you feel like you’d suffocate!

This hotel name doesn't exist and I don't understand why you don't call it by it's actual name - Brisbane Casino Towers. There was not enough crockery for 4 people, no hand towels in either bathroom, only one small towel per person, one teatowel in the kitchen. There are marks on the walls and its not the cleanest place I've stayed.in. The password for the wifi didn't work. Huge bond required for extra key. Better off going directly through the hotel.

This stay was a disaster from the very first minute!
The host wanted me to give them my credit card details over email or give them a cash security bond by bank deposit that would be more than the room with no documentation or security it would be refunded or that my credit card details would be kept secure.
They were terrible on communication (unable to speak fluent & cohesive English) and poor timing of return emails/phone calls etc.
The room was not clean when we arrived and it had poor amenities (no iron) and even though it was a 2 bedroom apartment there was only 1 key!
