Thermostat difficult to set. Was not able to warm up the room more than 20 degrees. Top of high furniture very dusty and not clean in a long time.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The lobby is very nice and the hotel location is very good. Unfortunately the service is fair and not up to the standards. At check in I was asked if I wanted daily cleaning and advised them I did. However this never occurred even though I asked more than once. We were given only 2 towels and one face towel. I had to call to request clean towels. The rooms are also very dark and this is also true for the bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel. For the price there are better options nearby.

The stay was amazing, the room was clean and great! The front desk went above and beyond trying to resolve our ac/heater problem. That was honestly the only issue, it would get super cold in the room, and you can’t control the temperature from the room you have to call the front desk. But unfortunately they were having technical difficulties controlling it too, so they would just turn it off but then it would get too hot in the middle of the night. The hotel though was overall a great experience also the mattress is very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Times. We initally booked at another hotel in the area that was flooded and had to make a last minute switch to the Grand Times. We were very thankful for the switch as it was very comfortable and just the luxurious stay we were hoping for a weekend away!
