This place was fantastic. The staff were just wonderful and everything was perfect. Gorgeous two course breakfast was elegant and wonderful. Restaurant dinners were 5 star. It was a perfect stay.

Great place right in town. Served breakfast till 10 and got there 2 minutes before and nice enough to still serve us an amazing breakfast. Big king bed in our room. Solid nice bed and breakfast. Furniture is old and wood but it’s similar to the overall Saint Augustine vibe. Bed was very comfortable

Overall it was a good stay. We would go back. However, parking is via an honor system and we did have to park on the street one night. Our room didn't have an AC control we could find, but did have a ceiling fan. But the temp was comfortable even in August. Breakfast is excellent. Location is excellent. No coffee in room but Starbucks is a hundred feet away.

Our room was small but clean and comfortable. We had a very delicious breakfast. Staff was great.
I did have a problem with Expedia overcharging for our room. Clearly it was not billed to us at the rate advertised.
Book directly if possible.

fantastic location right across from the lightner museum and flagler college, but we did have a problem with parking one evening when all the parking spots were occupied by other guests and some of the staff. also the room was a little frumpy with deferred maintenance and dead bugs in stairway.

The breakfast in the morning was delicious. It was very clean. I just wish the room’s temperature could be adjusted. It is central ac for those who care about that sort of thing. We were comfortable as there was a fan in the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Hard to climb stairs, at 70 it was tough. Also had concerns of safety, locks were difucult ease of entrance, was another issue.

The first room we were given, the shower door hinge was rusted out at the bottom. We asked for and received another room, but that original room was re rented about 2 hours later.
Anyway, great location but quite honestly the place is in dire need of a complete renovation.

We had dinner at their restaurant Saturday evening without reservations. Esteban was a great server and the meal was excellent! We had a great experience!

Great staff, super friendly. Food was great, location top notch. Weird black specks that kept reappearing on bathroom sink, and bed was not the most comfortable were my only complaints. Solid choice for a stay in St. Augustine

Very nice quaint b&b. Old fashion bathroom facilities. A/C good. Excellent breakfasts! Five star dining. Barely enough hot water for shower. Staff not always available….could not buy trolley tickets there as their sign said.

Very old, neat home in the center of St Augustie. Easily walkable to all the historic sites.

Place was very charming. Had an issue on check-in (for some reason the hotels.com reservation wasn't showing up on their list) but was able to resolve it with the staff. Another issue occurred with the water in the room. It was almost impossible to get hot water (had to fiddle a LOT with the knobs). The staff warned us about the issue with the room, stating that plumbers had looked at the issue but were unable to fix it.
Overall the location is great and the stay was quite lovely. Only reason for the 3 stars was the check-in issue and the lack of hot water.
