I had a written request to be close to our friends room. We (our friends and us) got there at 1:30 pm to check in. We were both talking to different front desk people. I was told if I wanted to check in early, I could not be close to my friends. The gal didn't even check where they were at. We by chance ended up across the hall from each other. Why could she not even check??? there was no one in line behind us so they weren't busy.

Overall the stay was nice. We were only there for less than 12 hours so there’s not much I can say.

Overall, the stay was fine. What earned the poor rating was the cleaning staff in the morning. Check out is at 12, our plan was to sleep all morning since we didnt get to bed until 4am after the airport. Nope, cleaning staff had other ideas. 9am there they were banging away with vaccuum cleaners in the next room and hallway. Guess were done sleeping. So while the hotel was fine, it was not an enjoyable stay and likely wont return or recommend.

Checked in and was told I would get a $20 voucher for breakfast since I was a Hilton Diamond member. On check out however, was told I wouldn’t get it since I had booked through a 3rd party. Kind of disappointing, the money wasn’t such a big deal but to be told one thing and then changed the next day.

Clean, love the scent they use, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast options (although I wish it was a little less- $17/per). We had evacuated for the hurricane hitting our side of the state and was very grateful we stayed here. Kids enjoyed being near the airport and watching the planes arrive and depart. Definitely recommend!!

Most horrible hotel I booked yet. Hidden fees and you got to pay for parking. I don’t get why I got to pay and my wife has to also pay for the room I already paid and booked for.. this place is just taking tourists money!

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Miami Airport West after missing our flight and were extremely disappointed with the accommodations. The room had a strong air freshener smell, seemingly to cover up a moldy odor, and was only partially clean with hair scattered around. The air conditioner was old and clicked loudly every time it turned on, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We woke up just as exhausted as when we arrived, and overall, the experience was far below the standard we expected from a Hilton property.

The hotel is Nice and clean the rooms are big and very spacious. However the older lady at the front desk who work that black blazer had an attitude problem.

Restaurants and shopping malls were close by so that was great. Did not like that both thread mills were broken in gym

Check in was easy and quick. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We didn't use the pool or gym but they looked inviting. We used the shuttle for a very early flight and were happy with that also.
Great reasonably priced hotel near the airport.
