We had a great time . Luke and John was very thoughtful and fun . They couldn’t do enough for us . We will definitely be going back

Fantastic stay. The hosts made us feel really welcome. Will defo be stating with them again UTM

Luke and John welcomed us and our cat. Clean, comfortable beds, hot showers and room plenty big enough for our 2 kids too. Good full English breakfast included, and great value for money. Will be back next year.

Not so good stayed in pigeon loft no 8.... Sky window mouldy spores needs, urgent attention.
Bumped head about 12times causing some injury had to leave Sunday, stairs, death trap, no room service no coffee tea, or milk sachets, had buy extention lead for medical equipment.
Couldn't swing a, cat bathroom too far away from loft attic.
Ruined stay cation, won't be visiting again breakfast bacon raw... The propierer kept blocking entrance constant smoking in main entrance.
Extremely dissapointed, feel dangerous... Fire alarm went off 10mins,6am today with no response from owners. Need I go on disgusted

We got what we paid for. It's very basic and friendly. Shower head was dirty so I didn't have a shower. No window in the room so no views but the bed very comfortable and lovely and warm. Breakfast was lovely though and it's very convenient for the tower and winter gardens. Hosts are very friendly too.

Super place to stay. I had the single room at the top, it was a lot of narrow stairs to climb and the room’s roof slopes down. Great value for the stay, including a full breakfast. Close to train station and 5 minutes from front. Was a shared toilet, which was not a problem, but it is down a flight of the narrowest stairs.

Car park near by, good location. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We had the value double room but was nicely done and great for what we needed. Will go back to try the larger rooms.

Lovely staff, very welcoming, easy to find and a short walk from bars and nightlife. On site parking as well was a bonus, car was safe.

Great place to stay for a night in Blackpool. Comfortable and a good shower in the deluxe double bedroom. The host was very welcoming and served a lovely breakfast.

Amazing stay. Very clean, comfortable and the people are stand outs in service and going out of their way to assure your stay is the best possible. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was excellent. The single room (room 8) could do with a new mattress as it was very lumpy and not comfortable. Owners both friendly and chatty.
