the guest house is run by a bunch of great people, very clan and comfortable stay. staff super nice and all come from small villages to make a libing, send money hime and get an education. they really try and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is great,eggs, fresh fruit, bread, juice,,coffee,tea, and thats only western breakfast. they have asian breakfast as well. give you answers anything they can, book tours,,get airport shuttle, give info on what to see and do. Luang Prabang is a very touristy place not representative of Laos as a whole. if your want to know about Laos ask the guys about life in their villages. you live better in this guest house than any people from village. so if one of the guys is not fluent in english or something is not as nice as 5* hotel do not complain, just go talk to one of the guys at front desk and they will be happy to help in any way possible with a smile. really good place to stay.

Later she asked for a ridiculous amount for the rice. Left a bad taste in an otherwise good trip.

Good location. There are many restaurants and shops. It's located near the attraction places and the main street. It was a little difficult to find a hotel. Breakfast was very nice. We really enjoyed a breakfast. They provided us for a rental motorbike and it's not so expensive. We used it for going to the water fall.

Well located in the "foreigners area". Super helpful staff and overall a good experience. Hotel is locked up around midnight so a good knock on the door is required

Location is great for its price. Staff assist with booking motorbike to move around, which is very useful. Definitely recommend for min 2 travelers

Its location is great, close to the river and main street but still quiet. Has many cafes nearby. Tingkham guesthouse is just 5 steps away and serves cheap tasty meals and coffee with a convenience store for drinks/snacks etc. Walking distance to the Night market, Mt Phousy, boat stations, spas, everything.

Excellent location. Heart of all the main attractions which were walking distance. If you turn left it’s where night market is, turn to the back lane is the Mekong river, turn to the right is wat xien thong. Great service from the staff and good breakfast too

The one negative thing that ruined our stay were the amount of cockroaches we saw in our room over the course of 4 days. For a guest house of this caliber it was a really negative experience. Otherwise the room was clean and tidy.

Excellently located hotel in Luang Prabang, close to town with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast was basic and the room was clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful in booking an onward bus for us. Could sometimes be noisy in the mornings from the property next door but overall good value for money and a clean and comfortable stay.

A great guesthouse. Amazing location within the old town and less than 5 minutes walk to the night market. Room was large and comfortable. Manager let me checkout at 1pm as I was sick and that was very much appreciated.

Okay. Pros - clean tidy, good breakfast, nice patio area, hot water. Good location and good value. Cons - we had a very dark room which coincided with a cold period so room was very cold. The windows have no view looking onto another house at back. Room has no view to front area and therefore does not get any sun. The staff did not have or were unprepared to move us to another room. Okay for short stay.
