Nice little place very close to restaurants and busses that take you to the hotel zone. Rooms are a little small but the beds are super comfy. Overall good bang for your buck!

we truly enjoyed our EVERY interactions with the staff and zero miscommunication between English/Spanish at any point:) be it from the Front desk/Check-in- excellent house keepers, so friendly with a Smile... seimpre:) - nice little pool, amazing tacos (2 places & Vancouver Wings right across the street - BURGERS, you say... turn left from Hotel about 300 m and you got " The BEST BURGERS DOWNTOWN" , if you don't check it out, it's seriously a shame:(- Oxxo across the street for all your munchies, beer, you get it. It's a little far in term of getting to the Beaches in "The HOTEL ZONE", but WHo CAres, Chill...YUR in Cancun the Hotel is very reasonably priced for what The Hotel provides their guests!!

The staff were very unfriendly & not supportive. It seems like we are staying in this hotel for free. After the second day of the seventh day, we left this hotel and went to another hotel in the Cancun Hotel zone. It’s a Cancun tourist capital. We didn’t recommend this place for any families, especially if you are coming out of the country. We tried using the pool, but they were very disrespectful and unsupportive. Almost all the staff argued that the ancient TV didn’t work well when we left.

The staff were very unfriendly & not supportive. It seems like we are staying in this hotel for free. After the second day of the seventh day, we left this hotel and went to another hotel in the Cancun Hotel zone. It’s a Cancun tourist capital. We didn’t recommend this place for any families, especially if you are coming out of the country. We tried using the pool, but they were very disrespectful and unsupportive. Almost all the staff argued that the ancient TV didn’t work well when we left.

If you don't want the rush and costs of the beach, this is a great compromise. Clean rooms, nice cafe/diner, and friendly staff make this a good stay for travelers on a budget. Ubers are cheap and can get you to the ocean or airport for $15-20.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The initial room I was assigned to was spacious, but unfortunately, the furniture appeared outdated and not very clean. Additionally, some of the walls were dirty and needed to be wiped down. I found the water temperature to be barely lukewarm for a shower, which was quite disappointing. However, due to a leak in the bathroom ceiling, on my last night, I was promptly moved to a different room after contacting the front desk.
On a more positive note, the pool area was a wonderful escape and provided a relaxing experience. Moreover, I was pleased with the friendly and helpful nature of the hotel staff, who were always ready to assist.

I’m had a great time staying at the hotel it’s convenient and good price for Cancun tho I think they should just include the breakfast. Overall happy with everything the girls at the reception are very helpful.

Property is well situated but it is definitely in need of a renovation. Furniture in the rooms was badly stained. The staff were very friendly and efficient. If you are looking for a well priced centrally located hotel this is a good choice.

Location location location. Two big grocery stores and mall a walking distance. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and pool area is cozy.
