The place was immaculate!! The rooms were so clean and so was the lobby and hallways!! The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of options for channels on the tv, and when you are in a hotel room and that is all you have to do, that is a great thing!! We would definitely stay there again!!

My child is in St Mary’s right across the street, so this was the closest hotel to visiting. I was shocked at how cozy this place is! The front desk gentlemen are kind and welcoming. The room very clean. The BED though…the sheets are made of clouds, I’m sure of it. So. Comfortable. They also come stacked with 6 pillows! I slept better than I have in weeks. I will always stay here when I come back to Mayo.

Very convenient to St Mary’s hospital, right across the street. Offers coffee and fresh cookies in the evenings. Continental breakfast was ok. Staff pleasant and helpful, rooms clean with fridge and microwave.

There was not ANY hot water. When I ask about a discount, I was told the whole building did not have hot water. I did NOT receive a discount because I booked with Hotes.com. Everyone else received a $30 discount.

The check-in went smoothly but when asking the desk clerk for any other help or questions he was not very friendly. The rest of the staff was very friendly. We will probably stay there again.

Front desk night staff was very friendly and helpful. He made a call to our room to check that we didn't need anything and were happy with the room.
