Clean and well furnished room. I especially like the spacious desktop for I had to work sometimes. Staff are very nice. The only thing is Melbourne somehow authorize construction works for underground train stations until like 1am. This can be very noisy. I could sleep, but maybe I stayed on high floor.

Near from everywhere, safe and helpful staff

Staff were very friendly and amazing and the location is super convenient as it is only a minute walk to central mall and pretty much everything.

When we checked in the receptionist offered as another level as we were meant to be on level one. Room was very cute and cozy, great for the price. Very quiet. Close to everything in the city

The room is very small and gloomy, with the lights not providing enough lightening in the room and bathroom. There’s no door for the shower, so expect water to splatter all over the floor outside the shower area. The toilets are also weak and you have to triple check to make sure everything has fully flushed. There’s also an odor on the towels and bedding.. even when we requested new towels, it had the same smell. The area around the hotel is completely under construction so expect to drag your luggage around and walk around detours to get to places. I would recommend another hotel and location.

We like staying at this hotel because of its location, It is very convenient to public transport, especially Melbourne Central station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. There was noise at night from nearby tunnel works, which we were aware of prior to booking, it affected us a little.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was perfectly located, very reasonable, immaculate and having the cafe onsite was an added bonus for an early morning coffee. I would absolutely stay there again. Emma & Travis

Staff were amazing but the rooms are beyond tiny. We had the king suite and you couldn't change your mind without walking out of the room

Recommend staying. I like the separate space for study/office design. The staff at reception are so friendly. Good customer service. The hotel is in a good location with walking distance to everywhere within Melbourne Central and The University of Melbourne.

Staff were really lovely! Unfortunately room wasn’t clean. And there was a lot of construction outside. Even have to walk to get an Uber because the road is blocked off.

Second time here and it’s always a fantastic place to stay. Friendly staff and fantastic location. Easy parking nearby too and they’ll validate the ticket so it’s $20 for 24 hours parking!
