We were excited about this property as the listing boasted two king beds in separate areas. This was the key reason why we booked this property. When we arrived, the room only had one king bed. When I called the front desk, I was told it was a private unit and they could not do anything about it. There were several maintenance issues in the room: the shower handle fell off the first time we tried to use it, multiple light bulbs were out and none of the TV remotes worked. We put in a maintenance request, which was promptly resolved. The room was not very clean. There were visible stains/crusty residue on the comforter, accumulated dirt/trash in the hallways, and visibly dirty floors. We checked out well in advance of the required time, and were alerted later that day that the hotel detected we were still in the room, despite having already landed at home. I had to call the front desk to let them know we had left at 5:50 that morning, as they indicated we might be charged late check-out fees. Overall, I was not terribly impressed. We paid more for the convenience of having two king beds and did not get that, and the property doesn't seem to have good management.

I have stayed at Palms Place dozens of times. This was the worst experience to date. Torn blackout curtains (let that sink in), a spa tub motor that went on 3 times on its own, including at 2:30 am. To be clear, i was in bed, not the bath. The room was a far cry from hotel level clean. The bed fabric (not the sheets) was torn. The room featured a balcony whicjh was locked and unusable. The dirty (locked) sliding door added to the view experience. I have photos but apparently with negative reviews they cant be uploaded

The bathroom sink water took especially long to drain. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes with an odor. The refrigerator had an odor. I wasn’t told initially when I booked the hotel that this was a private unit and I would have to pay for bath cloths and towels along with all toiletries. The hotel tried to reach the owner with no success.

Palms Place is always a retreat to pure past futuristic. Explore the place and walk slow.

The room was very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom, hair and other gunk in corners and other places. The bed frame was brittle and peeling. Walls were gross and dirty. Couldn’t see out the windows. Tea pot was disgusting. Light bulbs were out and shorted and lighting was poor in the bathroom.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. Little things I wish they would pay attention to, there was only the one roll of toilet paper for four days. The hair dryer didn’t work and the ice machine was not easy to use. You do have to pay extra for housekeeping which is fine as long as they had these other issues fixed. Other than that the place is great. I would stay here again.

I loved everything about the palms hotel. This will be my stay everytime I come to vegas. Love it

I enjoyed my stay at Palms Place as it is comfortable, offers great amenities and the room with views of the Las Vegas strip are great. This is my fourth time staying here and I like the location and free parking. The surrounding area has access to cheaper off strip amenities ie gas, food, drug stores etc.. and they are easily accessible by walking. The rooms are a bit dated and the furniture is old and slightly dirty. My refrigerator was not in good condition, as the lining was coming off and stuck to the door. Luckily, they had a second refrigerator in the room. The unit is quiet and luckily, the patrons were also quiet. I definetly reccoemend staying here if you want to be off the strip, but close by at the same time.

The comforters had some type of candy or food on them that was recent. There was hand prints on mirrors around the room. Found a tick on one of the beds. Had to leave one of the rooms a night before.

Stayed at Palms Place, room was not thoroughly cleaned, iron was completely broken, and we also needed a refill on toiletries but it was never replaced. We were told maintenance would come and check on iron but they never showed up.

Great views from the balcony. Easy access to parking and the Palms Casino. Great pool and restaurants at Palms. Cinema was great. Exceptional unit i was in. Like an apartment.

Nice property, suites are roomy, quiet. Only one downfall, the only restaurant doesn't open until 11am.

The hotel was horrible sink was leaking dirty. Nothing worked properly curtains had tears in it furniture was all worn out definitely not worth what I paid front desk didn’t fix anything

I've stayed in this property a few times, i remember it being nice. The overall property is decent but room needed more attention to cleanliness.
