Loved this wonderful hotel. Hotel is located above train station which makes it super convenient to get around Tokyo. It is across shopping malls and many restaurants. The area is very quiet ! Hotel lobby is on the 9th floor but there is a small front desk on the first floor to assist with luggage , directions, taxi etc. the hotel is beautiful and super clean. Rooms are well designed and bed very comfortable. The public baths are clean and nice as well. Breakfast buffet is mainly Japanese ( apparently it is known for this buffet) There are some western options ( hard boiled eggs , salad, breads, yogurt , fruit) . The staff of the hotel are all incredible! They were polite, helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with them. The staff at the breakfast area were the best! I want to especially thank YANO MIHO who took incredible care of us and the wonderful TAKANO. Thank you both for making our breakfast experience great!

We stayed only 1 night but it is all you need, very nice amenities, restaurants and bar, public bath to unwind after a long flight or walking around…

The hotel is right next to a train station, a couple of minutes away is a metro station. Very convenient to get around Tokyo. The service was impeccable. The staff was courteous and accomodating. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, amazing buffet breakfast, incredibly helpful staff. One of us left a phone in a taxi and the staff helped us track it down and retrieve within a couple of hours. Thank you!

Property was extremely nice. Lots of wonderful amenities and a great bath house. The morning Buffet was surprisingly good! The staff was a professional and friendly and it was a wonderful experience

This room did not compare well with the 2 others we had in Tokyo. Although all 3 were similar sizes this was the most expensive but the least well kitted out. The rooms were poorly designed with the sink area in the room.

It’s conveniently located, the room is quiet, and the bed is comfortable. The only down side is that the room is tiny and would not be good for more than one person or for people with a lot of luggage.

It is a good option, well located and good standard. Rooms are rather small. We used the concierge for a request but it didnt work well as in other hotels.

Excellent location for navigating the complex Tokyo metro system - the entrance to the Ginza line station is directly underneath the hotel and this connects to Asakusa, Ginza and Shibuya within a few stops. There are multiple shops and dining options on your doorstep.
