It was our first time in The Swan but wont be our last. Rooms were clean comfortable. Good value for money. Breakfast was in the sister hotel a short walk down the street and was superb. Will definitely come back.

Maybe give a warning that because of the building’s age, there are many steps to negotiate. Challenging for those with mobility problems. Crazily long wait for dinner to be served. It is obviously a very popular restaurant but a wait of over an hour to be served is not good. And a couple near us waited even longer! Nice clean en suite bathroom, with a proper bath but a , cracked washbasin and water not hot. Fortunately after boiling the supplied kettle six times and adding it to the bath, it was ok. Wonderfully comfortable bed, puts many a more expensive place to shame. Very good breakfast, everything you could possibly want.

Excellent stay in Ironbridge, with the property in a great location with on site parking. Breakfast included in the price was outstanding and we even ate at the smokehouse for dinner, which was very tasty. Nice view of the river out the room window. Only downside was the low beams and ceilings around the rooms but only an issue as I’m quite tall.

Terrible stay. No signal or Wi-Fi in the room. No shower in the room just a bath tub. Skylight in the room which let the light in. Was told kitchen closes at 9.30 went to order at 9 and was told the chef has finished. I was also blocked in the car park in the morning by staff.

I really enjoyed our stay at the swan. Staff nice, when booking in he took us to our rooms, and was chatting,it's the little things that count. Looking forward to returning hopefully for longer. Thank you for the stay .

This is an quirky building which was excellent value and amazing breakfasts . Only negative for me was the whirlpool bath it was dirty in the jets and did not inspire me to use it at all . Suggestion for the property is to remove and install new baths or even better a shower

Short 2 day trip. Room was OK with a traditional feel to it. However still could have done with a little updating without detracting from the original features. Bathroom tired and in desparate need of a proper shower. Bar had good selection of reasonably priced beers and an impressive food menu. Food we ordered was good value and very tasty.

Although the room was a little dated it was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff were really helpful. Parking was free which was a bonus a we could leave the car whilst we went exploring the gorgeous village and river walks. Breakfast included was served at the sister pub about 100 yards down the road, the choice was superb with extremely generous helpings. We would highly recommend this for quality and great value for money and would definitely book again.

property is ideally situated for the Bridge and surrounding areas. Wonderful use of the old building complete with squeaky floorboards. Dry warm room with great comfort. Slept so well.

The stay was fantastic from the start. The rooms were stunning and very clean. The staff were amazing, the service was great and the food was absolutely gorgeous. I proposed to my girlfriend while we were here as we well and she said yes. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Lovely room with a view directly onto the river. Clean room with good sized TV but Wifi signal not good enough to stream via Netflix/Prime on it as we found out only after paying to watch a film. Perfectly located for walks along the river or further afield.

Didnt really like anything. Room was like a room in the early 1900's along with creaking floors, damp bathroom smell, window hardly able to open and a particular issue being the tap attachment for a shower head. Had to sit in bath to wash....Room not dirtly but just a general feeling of oldness. Expecting to see a metal bath that someone will fill with water...Bed soft and low beams to hit a head on...Shoddy corridors to room...
