Staff behaviour was very rude they did not support us at all. They refused to give us room even when they have availability Very bad experience

It is a new construction, so the room was well built, the hotel is very safe for girls to stay alone. The shower and washroom facilities were great. Room service is prompt

a. Too much noise, not soundproof while facing main road b. No wardrobe or closet, although it was mentioned in booking c. No toothbrush or paste provided although free toiletries is mentioned d. No water bottle provided with the room e. Room is too small for the price being paid f. No safe or sitting are or chair or desk. All of the above points were a part of booking but not provided
