It was a very good choice . Very close to Haram about 5-6 minutes walk. Nearest gate I remember was 327-328 .Hotels were near by and no issues and WI-FI was good.

Hotel served the purpose of our stay, disappointed that we only two towels when they clean the room even after mentioning there are 4 individuals in the room.
Room wasn't regularly cleaned and shower waste didn't drain very well.
10mins walk to the Haram and wasnt able to here the athan from the hotel.

I had a truly distressing experience at this hotel, where I was locked inside my room for over five hours due to a faulty bolt. The situation began early in the morning when I tried to leave my room around Fajr time, only to find that the door wouldn't open. I immediately called reception, and they sent someone to help, but the attempt to open the door with a card was unsuccessful.
Despite my repeated calls and suggestions, the hotel staff were unable to provide any real solution. The staff member who was sent to help simply disappeared, and when I called again, the response was the same—another person was sent to try the same ineffective method. I even suggested that they let me out through the connecting room, but they refused, saying they didn't want to disturb the other guests.
After several frustrating hours of being ignored and having my calls go unanswered, I was left with no choice but to call the police. It took them 15 minutes to arrive, and even then, it took an additional 30 minutes for the hotel staff, with the police's assistance, to finally get me out of the room—through the connecting room, as I had originally suggested.
This experience was not only inconvenient but also frightening, and it has left me with no desire to ever stay at this hotel again. I strongly advise against staying here if you value your safety and peace of mind.
Both the hotel and Hotels.com refused to give me a refund or any compensation!

Great service. Close to the prophets masjid. We walked to the masjid and the shopping places. They have beutiful dining room plus small restaurants inside. Very friendly people and clean everything. They let us stay until we found transportation to take us mecca. Thank you all.

Overall, it was a good experience, but there was room for improvement.
For example, during my recent visit, there was an issue with water flow in the washroom. Although they promptly changed the room upon my complaint, ideally, they shouldn't have provided a room that wasn't in good condition in the first place.
Unfortunately, even after the room change, I encountered two more problems: the lockers and shower curtain were missing, and there were no dental amenities.
In my opinion, the manager needs to ensure a more thorough inspection process before assigning rooms to guests. This would help to prevent these kinds of issues from happening in the future.

Near to the Al Nawabi mosque - good place stay with taxi available even when the streets are closed near the mosque

At a short walking distance to Haram, the hotel is well located, clean, rooms and bathroom are large enough, we occupied a room with 3 beds.

The employees of the hotel are very supportive. Especially Nada and Sara. The hotel is very clean and easy to walk to the Haram.
