There were a few nicks here and here that suggest that the property is ready for a face-lift, however, she is still a Beautyful lady, worth of another visit. Not one of those "me-too" properties.

I loved this hotel. Very clean. The food in the restaurants were exceptional. The staff are nice and polite. The shows were amazing. The only thing I can think of that was not up to standard was the menu for room service. I did not like it. The staff works very hard at keeping everything looking amazing and the house keeping staff goes above and beyond to make sure your room is ready when you come back from a day out at the beach! I will definitely be back. Thank you Rui Palace Las Americas for a wonderful stay!

I liked mostly the environment of the resort and cleanliness and customer service and the friendly Riu staff at the front desk, room service and the pool! Definitely going back for the 4th time!

We came for my Birthday for a week with boyfriend! What a blast! Went fishing from a guy named Ariel at Isla Island. Went to white and pink Rui parties. So much fun. Staff was excellent!! Staff at pool everyday was fun!! Beach was the best at our resort with waiters on the beach..Cleanliness was superb.. Just bring lots of $2 bills to the RuI Las Americas Palace and they love you forever ❤️ Thank you!!!

This hotel is by far the most beautiful hotel in Cancun!!! 7 years ago one of my coworkers recommended this hotel to me since he knows I’m very picky and I have very high standards when it comes to vacations, and ever since I, my family and my friends have been staying there always. This was my 9th time staying at Riu Palace Las Americas, and I absolutely LOVE it, everything about it!!! It literally looks like a white palace, it’s always extremely clean, the staff works literally nonstop. It’s spotless!!! Very friendly staff, we’re literally like a family with them at this point. The service to the beach is incredible!!! Our usually waiter William knows what we drink at what time, our table at the beach is always full. Restaurants are awesome , variety of food, and service is incredible, the staff is super kind and friendly!! I would never go anywhere else!! Cancun Riu Palace Las Americas is my second home!

The staff were amazing and made it very lively! We got upgraded for our anniversary and it felt like a down grad because water was steaming hot and same with sink, and toilet did not work. But once fixed everything was good.
