Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private garden, ensuring a comfortable and private stay.

House Rules
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Please contact us at least 1-2 days before your arrival to arrange this service.
Late Check-Out Without Notice
A fee of £50 per hour will apply for unauthorized late check-outs.
Lost Key Policy
In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £500 will be charged to cover replacement and re-keying costs.
Serenity and Quietness
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
No parties or disruptive activities allowed. Disturbances will be reported to the authorities.
Excessive Garbage or Messiness Penalty
A penalty of £90 will be charged for excessive garbage or mess left in the house.
