Molto ben attrezzato con tutti gli elettrodomestici da cucina, Wi-Fi, Sky TV e BT pacchetti completi Sistema musicale Sonos nelle sale di principio.
Vicino ai negozi e al centro di Bournemouth è di 1 miglio sul lungomare.
Diamo il benvenuto alle famiglie con bambini, ma non ai bambini piccoli a causa delle scale.

Location excellent for the beach; property was clean with a suntrap balcony overlooking the sea; no problems at all. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

The apartment was almost everything I expected with the views and location. The spacious living/kitchen area works well and you get light and breeze throughout the day. The apartment was beautifully clean and nicely decorated - the art work is very good!
My only two disappointments were that I thought the master bedroom was on the top floor with views out to sea but maybe that was my misunderstanding. I was a little disappointed at the state of the outside table which was covered with bird poo. I appreciate the birds do circle overhead (they know when you are consuming something outside!) but this was not recent poo I think. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive - a big thank you!

This apartment was everything we'd hoped for. It was clean, well decorated, well kitted out and of course has the most spectacular views over the sea. We were there for the airshow and it was ideal. It was just a short walk down to Boscombe Pier & from there along the promenade to all of the action. After watching the show during the day from the beach we went back to the apartment and watched the night time display & fireworks sat at the balcony 'bar' with a glass of fizz - perfect! Communication with Christien was easy & friendly and we would not hesitate to hire this place again.

Kids loved this place. Great views of the ocean and only a short distance to Boscombe Pier. Will consider booking this place again in the future.

The apartment was well situated for the beach - just outside Bournemouth, in the quieter Boscombe, but within walking distance. The view from the top floor is fantastic. An excellent range of facilities in the clean and spacious apartment as well.

We stayed for 4 nights with our 8y old twins in this majestic historical building.
Short walk to the beach and town/shopping.
The two highlights for us were:
- the roof terrace with wide views of the sea for breakfast and sundowners
- then retire to the top sitting room with views in both directions

A clean, well appointed and modern suite in a quiet building. Unparalleled view of Boscombe beach. Responsive host. Short walk to the beach and to stores. Unless you are planning most of your activities in Bournemouth, this is a great spot. Highly recommended!

We loved our mini break in Boscombe! The hosts gave us lots of useful information before arrival and answered our questions quickly. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything provided and it has been very well looked after. We were lucky to have sunny weather whilst we were there so made the most of the beautiful, sheltered terrace, with a view of the sea. Thanks so much for having us, Christien & Will!

Penthouse with spectacular views from south facing balcony and windows. Stylishly furnished and well equipped. Great location - close to beach and restaurants.Attic ceilings -watch your head! Small details need attention - waste bin lid doesn't work, no bath plug and sink plug jammed - no response to our request for help. Bed linen crumpled. But we would book again.

Brilliant 7 night stay in July
A lovely clean, spacious, well-appointed property for family break with 2 teenage girls. Amazing balcony seaviews, alongside a cosy top floor den. Great location - 5 minutes walk to Boscombe beaches and restaurants, with convenient local shops within 10 mins walk. Great communication from Christien and Will as well. Fantastic and highly recommended.
