La cama hacía mucho ruido y estaba sucia la habitación debajo de las camas. Hubo un corte de luz programado pero que fue muy incómodo.

Parking non disponible, le.parking en face nous a couté tres chère 30 dollar par nuit minimum en plus j"ai eu une amende de 82$ pour garer dans une zone il parrait interdite a l'interieure du parking.c'est partie la plus negative de mon séjour.

The staff was very polite and professional. THE quality of food in breakfast and dinner were excellent.The room was clean. The staff was trained how to comminucate with customer professionally and respond their inquires politely.

Hotel novo moderno, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável. Café da manhã muito gostoso e bem servido. Equipe muito gentil e receptiva. Localização excelente do hotel, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos.
Quarto com pouca iluminação. Apesar do chuveiro ser ótimo, foi um pouco complicado entender seu funcionamento.

The hotel location and facilities.
The ladies that were assisting with breakfast were not friendly and a bit rude. At some point, I was very offended. Most especially the black lady. I don't know her name. She's was very rude to my family and I.

The location was absolutely perfect, I felt safe enough to be out late at night and walk back. Very close to all popular locations. Great amenities, room was very clean and comfortable.
The showers are a bit dangerous. If the slightest bit of shampoo or soap gets on the floor it gets very very slippery, there is nothing to hold on to. I had a few near misses of almost falling over.

building was old. specifically 7th floor was like a old rental units and even smelled very bad and some of the rooms were used for other purposes than a hole room.

I loved how clean the room was. Our room location was great. I wonder if a room right next door would be noisy.
The ceiling in the parking garage looked like it was going to fall down. Some of the spots were super tiny.
