Clean n quick

There was a huge fight during the night for one hour at 2AM.

L'accueil est très bon. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais en quantité. Nous avons bien dormi

Le chauffage était débranché. On a eu froid

Close to everything, food, shopping, cinema & entertainment.

Bedroom doors (4) two on each sides & two facing, heard them most of the night slamming till passed 2am. Will not return. Should at least put a weather stripe to silent them a bit.

The room is nice,it’s not too big but very comfortable

The breakfast always the same all day

Very well situated. Close to all amenities.

No elevator. Not that we needed one, but for others it might be necessary

Beds are uncomfortable and rooms are small.

Great location, bed was confortable, room was clean.

Pool was kind of dirty, breakfast could have been way better (croissant, muffin, cheese and two small pieces of fruit), we stayed 4 days and no one came to clean or replace towels ans washcloths, a bit noisy at night.

Hotel Under Construction, Breakfast was same every day box style, Coffee milk/creamer not available most days.

Room was comfortable.

The Breakfast was not up to the mark. I expected a good breakfast buffet. But there was very limited food which was not halal. The Tv did not have enough channels. I did not feel it was value flr money.

room was good size. Floors was clean...love the wood instead of carpet. Bathroom was great.

The location is great.

The room wasn’t clean.

the property was under renovation (fire recently) but there was no extra noise from workers. best shower I’ve had in a hotel and very comfortable bed. Martin was exceptionally helpful, allowing us to check in early and easily spoke both English and French.

The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the sheets were SO SOFT!

I know its early, but it was 27 degrees and so I wish the pool had been open.

Breakfast which provided at hotel was not enough for the adult.

the air conditioner buzzed loud all night. the room we were in didn’t have curtains that closed all the way so the outside lights from the building next door shone right in our windows. the soap container in the bathroom wasn’t fully attached to the wall and actually fell off the side of the tub onto my foot while I was showering.

The staff was very courteous.

The room was not as tidy as it could have been. There was dust in the room, mold in the grout in the shower. The bed was hard and squeeke and felt like it was sinking in the middle. There is no elevator to access the second level which is an inconvenience.
