Overal the accomodation is OK to stay for one or two nights. The size is good and the kitchen has lots of facilities.

Given the accomodation is advertised in booking.com, the check in procedure and rules are very similar to Airbnb. Finding the parking location was a bit of challenge and it is very far to the apartment. It's important to note that the apartment's proximity to a bustling street results in noticeable street noise during the night. A few of the beds proved to be quite uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. One of the pillows had a noticeable stain on it.

Location near train station, supermarkets, restaurants and town centre. Good wifi.

Fittings not finished eg floor and entrance, whole place not cleaned properly eg dirty fridge and popcorn under the settee. Paint and rags left in the closet. Car parking space 5 mins walk away.

The property was clean and spacious, it was a very nice space to make home. We liked that it had a full kitchen and full sized fridge. I liked the Tim Hortons that was a couple doors down and the ease of check in and check out. We liked that the location was on an easy bus route to downtown.

We did not like that the parking lot was a 5 min walk down the road. The road was busy and road parking was full when we arrived so we ended up hauling our luggage down the road at midnight. The location was nice because of its proximity to parliament hill and other attractions but the location also has its downfall in that it is on a main road upstairs of a storefront as opposed to being in a suburb or in a hotel area. Bedrooms were hot and humid, a ceiling fan would be really nice in the bedrooms.

The area is in old downtown, almost closed to homeless areas. Door lock upstairs was broken (we called, We tried to be Mcgyver-failed ).Sirens continuously running in front of the building. Not getting enough sleep to make sure we’re safe. Also the weather is hot, portable AC was not in bedrooms and not cooling good. Wish there’s electric fans. we got disposable plates as fans. We had a long drive and expecting to have a restful night but turn out to be horrible night. Parking is also hard. Can’t find a parking area so we gambled parking in front of the building praying that we won’t get a ticket coz it’s in downtown area. Anyway, we enjoyed the rest of our vacation in Canada except this one.

Good access to city centre and main routes around Ottawa. Cheaper than most other properties. Good size and facilities for family of 5.

The reviews are very deceiving. The apartment was in bad shape. The place was dirty and the rooms were filled with bad smells. The couches have shoes footsteps on them. The floors were basically all dirty, even the parquet. The beds were not comfortable, and the middle of the mattress was sinking into the bed frame. The bedroom wardrobe closets were filled with cleaning supplies from the landlord and we didn’t have a place to store our clothes. They charged a 50$ cleaning fee however the house was not clean! very bad experience and I do not recommend it.

Toilet light not working on arrival. A lamp from bedroom was installed with extension cord by staff hours later. Kitchen stove not cleaned and filled the apartment with smelling smoke when we tried to boil water.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was spacious, clean and relaxing after a long day walking around Ottawa. We were able to make a homemade meal in the evening and later watch a film on Netflix. Everything worked perfectly.

Although it was a bit stressful at first, due to have to send a picture of my credit card and ID and not get a response. Once there, the door code did not work, but it was quick to text the owner and get the right code.

The method of paiement was improve and it did make the process easier. Before, sending a picture of id and credit card was too stressful. Way easier now via online paiement.
