The staff was great and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I was there for a great relaxing time which is what I got. Looking forward already to my next stay at this location. I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Bathroom is clean and the room is spacious.

The cleanliness in the room is a hugh letdown, you could see dust at corners and spider on curtains.

the location was good for sightseeing.

the lack of elevator, and amenities in the hotel itself was an issue. there wasn’t even a fridge in the room so we couldn’t keep any food or drink cold. and the ice machine was nowhere to be found. the staff was indifferent, and the unexpected $20 overnight parking fee was a bust too.

I liked the location. Close to the casino

I booked 2 rooms and I didn't like the fact that we were put in rooms with outdoor entry. I wasn't even aware that this hotel had outdoor entry rooms. I asked about inside entry and the person at the desk said I was too late for check in and it was first come first serve. I checked in around 4:30, not late at all and the hotel had already charged my credit card for the 2 rooms and security deposit way before I even checked in. I don't appreciate that my credit card was charged before I even saw the rooms. I guess it doesn't pay to make reservations ahead of time 😕

very tired. smelled musty. my sheets were stained. cold (until I discovered the heating option). my bedside light did not work
