The bed was comfortable TV did work Had hot water Air conditioned worked

When I walked in the wait was long the lady was lying to everyone. When it was my turn I gave her my ID and my name, she kept saying I needed to pay, I told her I had paid booking. Com and showed her my recipe and showed her my bank account where they had already took the money. She kept saying it didn’t come to us. So I waited and waited and finally some kind come and helped her out and he apologize. I got my key and headed up to my room I had no toilet paper, no towels , and food was left in my refrigerator and my microwave was dirty inside, so I felt like they came in and got the dirty towels made my bed without changing my sheets and sold me a dirty room

The location, the area was sketchy. The room was horrible, closet door was broken. Shower head broken. Breakfast was terrible and the pool was unavailable.

Aside from location, there was no breakfast. This would be fine—I normally don’t eat more than a muffin—but I had to meet someone and planned on a relaxing breakfast. There was no sign or any hint that the large breakfast area would serve no breakfast. No mention from the desk manager. Nothing.

The room was disgusting. Stains on the carpet, weird fluid splatter on the pictures and wall. Holes in the wall and smoke detector missing.
