Location close to everything
Handicap accessible was not very good floor was hard to navigate with a walker

Breakfast was ok There was no spray oil for the waffle grill so all the waffles was sticking The scramble eggs had peppers and onions there wasnt a alternate for the people who can eat spicy foods

Best customer service in town. Best I gave seen do far from any if these hotels. The over night guy with glasses and a baseball hat should get a raise he is very accommodating, kind, and helpful to the greatest extent of the earth. Made a bad trip one that was doable. if the prices werent so high I'd stay here everytime. They are great to my service animal and make you give a DNA sample just to check in. I just can't afford it usually. Brekfast was great too A+++++

Breakfast was terrific! Only took a couple of minutes to get to Mayo Clinic. I loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was VERY clean. I’m returning in 3 months and will stay here again. Room was very comfy.
Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Friendly staff nice pool area.
Rooms are a little small. No actual closet just a curtain covering part of the wall where normally there would be a window. Bathroom door was a sliding door which when left open the main door to the room would not open.

Cleanliness
Long check-in. The guest in front of me kept trying to negotiate his rate without a reservation and wanted to keep talking to the host about his life. The host should have recognized that it’s great to be friendly, but some people need to sleep and should have asked him to step aside. He ended up getting the Local Mayo Clinic discount while I had to wait and pay more for using booking.com.

This hotel is one of my favorites when driving cross the country. Always clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Loved the turkey sausage. Plus they have the crockpot of oatmeal, not instant. 👍
