Bathroom without real door

We loved our stay! The staff was incredible, and they even had liquid IV and complimentary water bottles in the room. Very clean, very accommodating.

We encountered two uninvited guest in one of the rooms (2 cockroaches).

It was well organized and the room was spacious. Everything was clean and modern.

Fantastic location, and functionally a good hotel. Had amazing follow up service dealing with a lost item.

Room is a bit spartan feeling in decor, but if you’re there just to put your head down that shouldn’t bother you.

Location! Location! Location! And the large size of the room was a bonus:)

I liked how there was security guards at the front desk after hours.

I had complaints from my groups that one of their couch bed was very dirty and was not clean. Another group said that they called for towels and after and hour later no one brought them towels. Another group of mine complaint that for the couch bed the place didn’t even proved him a thick blanket and they even went to the front desk to ask for a blanket and no had showed up with the blanket. They had to go back down and ask again and where told that they where out of blankets. Which to me doesn’t make sense! Your a hotel and you provide rooms with big groups of people and you don’t have enough blankets for people? Not trying to complain about it but I expect that hotels like this would be better at preparing things better. All in all the people where nice but the service is terrible. Please do better especially if people paid a lot of money for it. Thank you!

The location was great.

The sofa bed was terrible. I know it's a sofa bed, but the sheets didn't fit, and the blanket was old and small. It's unbelievable that the hotel doesn't have the mlb channel or the marquee channel.

We loved our stay here. The location is excellent for any touristy activities. Our favorite part was the European inspired breakfast. As a European, I was honestly prepared to be let down, but instead it was my favorite meal during our entire stay in the city! Beds were comfortable, and I think they probably upgraded us since I don't remember booking such a big room. The staff was amazing and so kind! The room was really clean and modern. I love that they didn't have carpet in the room. It made it seem even more clean, modern, and hygienic.

We noticed the elevators were a bit hard to catch since we stayed during a busy season. Thankfully that didn't bother us too much since we weren't hurrying anywhere.

We had to call multiple times for more towels. The first time we waited over 20 minutes and had to call again afterwards when no one came. We were tempted to go down to the lobby to ask, but by the time we were going to someone knocked on the door.
