The fire alarm went off on the Saturday night during my stay, but the staff was on top of things.

The showers were designed for a man and did not take into consideration a woman's needs nor her physiology and so were EXTREMELY difficult and uncomfortable to use!! Also, the water pressure left a lot to be desired!!!

The shower head was the "rainfall" type and it didn't have a lot of pressure.

it was close to the coliseum and the beds were generally comfortable o
ok so I was told breakfast was included but I was staying for two days they only gave me for one day. also the tv in the rooms a bunch of the channels weren't working and there was no potential way to set it up to cast on it. additionally for what I paid I felt that overall the quality didn't equal to it.

fire alarm went off in the middle of the night there was zero Focus on a evacuation plan, when I asked security after we came back in if everything was ok his reply we think so.., for almost 270$ a night I expected a definite answer of yes everything is ok we cleared the facility instead of a half assed we think so

it was an easy walk to the coliseum. Rooms were large and comfortable.
when they say check in at 3 they mean it. because they did not let people check in as rooms were ready, I had to wait 30 mins in line. not acceptable.

Front desk staff were friendly yet professional. Hotel is very clean and we'll appointed. Room was very comfortable. Good value! Would definitely recommend.

Hearing consistent rounds of gunfire during the night outside of our room, which lasted for almost an hour.
