room was very clean. Grab and go breakfast item was good choice and always an employee filling up on the items. The staff was amazing.

When I walked in the front desk employee was on the phone arguing with a customer who was already staying. He spent 20 minutes yelling at this customer. Made us to scared to even stay.

Hotel is very clean and front desk person is very welcoming and professional. Hotel grab and go is pretty good . Room wise is clean and decent .

I stayed one night and left immediately

The elevator was broken and I am handicap so I could not climb the stairs. The building I was placed in was noisy, people smoking Marijuana in the rooms, it felt like an apartment building un the ghetto

Accommodating and knowledgeable staffs to answers my inquiry.

Air conditioner was extremely loud and goes off and on constantly.

The room was clean and spacious.

It said breakfast included but it was coffee and packaged muffins. The room was dark and brown everywhere.

Very clean facility with on-site laundry facilities.

Kitchenette was completely empty. Not even paper towels on hand.

I didn't like how I wasn't able to get accomodations for there elevator not working,was made to feel like I knew the room I picked was on 3rd floor, only was offered to pay more or go elsewhere , and when asked would i be charged since I couldn't stay was told no charge would be made , unless paid already online which I didn't ,I chose to pay at property,, just over all the receptionist could use a class on manners and patience
