The beds were uncomfortable; the phone did not work. I was unable to call for room service. The light in the bathroom blinked uncontrollably.

Staff needs to more thoughtful and nice. Because everyone goes there and paying for the room. Not staying at staffs house. They should know better how to be nice with costumers. Otherwise there is other places will do.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was ok but needs to go till 10, not till 9.

We searched and paid a higher price for an indoor pool. I am a certified pool operator, and the pool did not have enough chlorine at all. The pump was not on, and the water smelled horrible. It had a light green tint. Needless to say, we got in and right out! It was so disappointing! We love to swim and that is why we chose this hotel and paid a little more. We asked about it that evening after getting out and showering quickly to remove the smell and went back the next day, and nothing had changed. It was actually pretty gross, and we have experienced E Coli and our daughter being in the hospital from a bad pool. Please see that this gets taken care of because we may be returning to the area quite often.
