The location was fantastic and the staff were super friendly and professional.

There fee for parking, which seemed ridiculous given the location and the way the parking lot was set up. The room was also not very clean, and the accessible room was ridiculously far from the elevators.

Coffee in the room was not good. The hotel needs a refresh and update. Stains on the carpets. The battery light on the thermostat was flashing.

the design of the property is nice and the restoration/lounge area is inviting.

my room felt a little worn

We asked for additional pillow, blanket and towels. It took the front desk about 15 minutes to get some. She said sorry nothings folded, I had to rummage through all of the housekeeping carts. Definitely not what we expected from this hotel especially for the price

Restaurant: stephen and Diane were fantastic.

The outside of the room doors need repainting. Our room door had alot of paint scratches and paint peels. Could not take a bath. The tub drain stopper is not connected.

Cigarette smoke permeated my room, making it hard to breathe and sleep. I assume the smoke was coming through the air vents. I assumed this was a no smoking facility.

The room was very clean and tidy. Everything was comfortable. Loved that there was water bottles for us to drink and use with the Keurig for our coffee in the morning! All staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was an extra cost and didn’t look like there was much there.

The parking. We came back from shopping and there were people hanging win the parking lot. We were woken up by people screaming and yelling in the hallway around 3 am. We called the front desk but nothing happened.
