Very nice accommodations, we loved the pool and spa, even in the early morning. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, as well. Really appreciated the complimentary water bottles.

There could have been more bath towels stocked since they knew we were a group of 5 .

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great central location for our trip.

Although the hotel and our room appears to have been refurbished or renovated, the shower definitely could do with an overhaul.

We didn't get a king bed like I was promised. Disappointed I wasn't told that at check in.

We stayed at Regency so we have a "standard" to compare - and this time we were pleased to stay at your hotel for a change. The room is spacious and bed comfy, the bathroom is clean.

It'll be fantastic If the omelette at the breakfast buffet is made with fresh eggs instead of egg mix - just hoping!

The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained and the shower tile seemed like a recent/ well-maintained update. Pillows were big and fluffy.. Loved the friendliness of the waiter at the restaurant, the employees at the front desk, and throughout the hotel. Everyone was friendly and quick to help. Love the ambiance of the restaurant & the beautiful elevators. Like that this hotel has an outdoor pool, although it needs some groutwork, cleaning & more chairs but considering most hotels in the area don't have an outdoor pool and if they did, it wasn't open yet, we decided to stay here.

Limited # of pool loungers, algae staining and missing tiles/grout in the pool. Bed was hard and linen was coarse. My husband & I woke up sore the next day.

Room was a decent size and the location was fine for what I needed it to be. Bar & grill actually had really good food and the staff was nice.

Shower knob was hap-hazardly put together. I had to pull VERY hard on the knob to get the water flowing and even then the handle was so loose that it was annoying to get the temperature right. There was a sizeable gap underneath my door, so everynight I had to block the light coming in from the hallway with a towel (that gives you a sense of how much of a gap was there). The room was always hot; even with the A/C going, the air coming out of the vent was luke warm and never got colder. I ended up just opening the balcony to cool down the room (thankfully the outside temperature was cold enough). Also, the gym is extremely warm with no ability to turn down the temperature. It had to have been close to 85 degrees in there.

Accommodated small pet, early check-in and late check out. Nice big room with couch and king bed. Large desk for work too.

The view from my room - due to proximity of a very busy road, the immediate surroundings are turned into a park with a little stream, which is lovely. The hotel lobby & restaurant are very nice to sit in and work or have a cup of coffee.

Even though hotel is not that far away from downtown, the location is not easily approachable due to highway and anywhere you want to go it has to be by car. The rooms are dated and furniture was broken. The AC was extremely noisy when turned on.
