Traffic sounds of outside was so noisy

I have stayed at quite a few extended stay By far Bellevue is the most relaxing Hotel I stayed in. The young lady that was working on the counter from 3 to 11 she is the best very cooperative, She is a wonderful person! She is the one that makes me come back there. I also had the opportunity to talk to the GM manager what a wonderful person She actually took time to listen. Jeffrey

Not enough time to spend there

Dishes were provided as well as to go breakfast

They wouldn't service your room unless you "asked" to be put on the list. They serviced my room ONCE in the 4 days I was there.

The room was spacious and location was great.

Unfortunately nothing at all

We went to the room it had a weird smell then we walked into the bathroom worse smell! The beds were tiny there was 3 of us we are not big people and I don’t think we would have slept comfortable in the beds. We left that same night like 10 after we checked in and drove 3 hours to get home very unsatisfied

I liked the wood floors but wished they were clean.

The floors were dirty and not swept, and there was trimmed hair still left around the sink when I arrived to my room. The bathroom sink itself was very clogged so I had to use the kitchen sink. The morning I was scheduled to check out, housekeeping knocked on my door relentlessly at 7:30am. When I finally answered the door, housekeeping asked if I was going to check out today- to which I said "yes." It seemed like she just wanted to get me up and out of the room which was very rude, especially to keep knocking even when I didn't initially answer.

We were given a room in the second floor. Upon walking out the lift, the hallway smelled on food, like a dirty kitchen. The room was ok, however the fridge in the room rattled all day and night, waking us up constantly. We decided to sleep with the air conditioning off because it was also very noisy. The breakfast is not really breakfast, the choices are limited and unhealthy. There is no different types of milk or proteins other than pre-cooked eggs. The bath tub was stained and had someone's hair on it. I had to clean it before using it. You could hear the next-door neighbor when they showered. Last but not least, we forgot two pillows that my wife has carried with her for many years. When we called the hotel in the afternoon of the day we checked out, the receptionist was dismissive, said didn't find anything and we should call in the morning when housekeeping was there. When we called today, the person that answered said they didn't find anything and (quote) "it was not their fault that we forgot stuff". First and last time we visit this establishment.

The room and the hotel in general were very clean. The stuff was helpful. The materace and the bedding were comfortable. Target and other shops are right across the road. Big shopping mall is in 20-25 minutes walking.

The walls are very thing. If somebody wakes up at 3 a.m. and starts showering, you can hear very loud water flow noise and wake up as well. And I still don't know how to open the windows if they open in general.

Location

There were long black hairs all over the floor in the dining area and bathroom, one in the bathtub and two in the bed under the covers. The drink vending machine was out of order.

Horrible staff. Felt very unsafe the way the staff treated me. I have never been treating this bad in my whole entire life! Seeking resolution and hope the hotel does the right thing to make things right. Still dealing with aftermath. Shocked we are still treating people like this in 2022.

Bed was nice

Bathroom door was locked. Had to call front desk to unlock it but they didn’t have the key which was strange to begin with. we were told they couldn’t open it until the manager arrives the next day, So they gave us the key to a room located down the hallway to use the bathroom.we were using two different keys for two rooms for the whole stay. The bathroom in the other room wasn’t too clean either.m - Found hair on the shower walls and counter. The freezer was making alot of clicking noises throughout the night and I had been woken up by it so many times. We could also hear our neighbors next door and upstairs, as well as traffic from the highway. So soundproofing isn’t necessarily great. I wouldn’t come back here.

The staff were outstanding.

Bad vibe.The place is creepy. the room was sterile. there were no plates cups coffee maker or anything to cook with. Very odd. . the location however was excellent

Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly.
