modern room with great 16th floor view!

non-functioning alarm clock and remote for the phone. Didn’t like that housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 AM even though there was a “do not disturb” sign hanging on the door handle.

I have stayed at the Seattle Marriott Bellevue three times and will continue to do so every time in Seattle . The hotel is lovely, the staff very helpful and friendly, the location fantastic, the rooms are great!

had to change room after first night as view from room wasnt great but staff helped me to switch to 10th floor. thank you.

The reason you didn't get a 10 is because you don't provide free wifi, it is not 1997, everyplace provides wifi now.

big window, nice bathroom,

the noise transfer between rooms was terrible. our room shared a bolted door with another room. we could hear them talking, tv, yelling, farting. we asked them to be quiet and they did. you should not book both rooms in a shared door situation. also, the bed was too soft

Nickel and diming: •$15 charge for wifi unless you sign up for "membership"? NOBODY changes for wifi anymore •no free parking REALLY? Running up and down the street with stickers was ridiculous. $40 for valet? Not happening. •no included breakfast All these "extras" may be OK for those with a company credit card, but not for travelers with their own credit cards. BTW, the room was so cold I had goosebumps-in August! Fortunately, the thermostat was easy to use and it worked.
