I liked the large rooms.- I used the kitchen. Staff at front desk was great.
I think wiping down the cabinets in the bathroom would help. Thick layer of dust. Remote to tv was on the floor when I arrived. These are small issues overall. I felt safe and comfortable. Oh - was difficult to find the entrance. Had to do a U turn - no fix for that. Oh - room was quiet. I could barely here traffic, which was great
Long lines at breakfast. I did not partake. Wish there was a grab and go breakfast.

This is a fantastic hotel in Bellevue. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities are fantastic. The pool is a great size, and the laundry room was clean, perfect for running a mid week laundry cycle.

View was great. Amenities were good. Breakfast was simple, but tasty.
Was charged for the room as a "Hold" for the cost even though I already paid. Was told it will be a week before I am going to get my refund for the overcharge.
Also they cannot take cash after a certain time of day for the soda and you MUST use a card or charge it to your room.

Staff was extremely friendly. Location was great. Area was quiet.
The refrigerator was loud and ran continuous, the fan in the room was extremely loud had to turn it off to sleep which made the room stuffy. Breakfast was lame. Parking Garage was compact and full. No other options available
After I left the property they billed me 14 dollars to use the parking and $1.40 more of tax. There are no other options of parking. Just another way to squeeze a few extra dollars out of you. You pay for a service you don't expect add on charges.

Nice staff, no charge for receiving packages, they let us store our luggage for 1 week while we came back from trips in the surroundings

Breakfast was fantastic!! lots of choices. Bed very comfy. Location was great. On/Off freeway. Nice pool and exercise room too.

The location was perfect
The thermostat was broken, so room was too hot I reported it 3times before it was fixed on my second night. The breakfast was horrible and for the size of the area was too small for the size of people.

Room cleaning was not done as long as we stayed, towels were not replaced for 3 days.

The smell of smoke permeates the lobby.

The facilities were nice.
The sofa bed mattress was dirty (there were literally pieces of peanuts on it when we first pulled it out) and EXTREMELY uncomfortable, you could feel the metal spires from the touch. The value for money was not met at all because of that.

Bed was nice, kitchen was nice, tv was nice, space was nice. The breakfast was pretty good maybe a bit limited and considering it is Seattle area, the coffee didn't taste that good and wasn't that hot. Lobby was very attractive. The small marketplace was convenient for purchasing snacks. Location was perfect for visiting my family in Bellevue.
It was required to wear masks, and yet they had a cheerleading competition with about 100 people in the lobby (kids and their parents) and only about 10% were wearing masks. That was annoying especially with Omnicron variant of covid now and guests had to wear masks to walk around but not this large group of tightly pack people??? Parking was confusing to enter and expensive, $14 per night. Entrance is not well marked and I was not sure how to park when I arrived at night.

I chose this hotel because it had a pool which was great for the kids. We got adjoining rooms and staff were very accommodating. Very clean and well stocked rooms. Full kitchen which is always a nice option for families. TVs swivel 360 degrees so you can watch from bed or sitting area. Close to downtown Bellevue so everything very easily and quickly accessible. Hot and cold breakfast was very decent. Free WiFi. We would definitely stay again.
