Size of the room, cleanliness, location to Lucas Oil and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The hot tub was being fixed. That was the only negative thing about this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful......Bob was exceptional as the breakfast attendant....He made a bright morning along with the delicious hot breakfast!!

Ripped bed sheets. Hot/ unventilated hallways. Breakfast bar unorganized and broken cabinets, staff non English speaking and eating behind front desk. Hot tub broken and not roped off. Room floors dirty. Broken drain. Expensive parking fees.

Room was spacious

Didnt feel like the safest place to stay. Hot Tub was closed/broken. pool water was freezing. the floor in our room was disgusting. there was a youth baseball league staying and they literally took over the hotel.

Nice location

That their was almost a $100 more on the cost that was hidden till check in. Bed needs flipped, rotated or replaced. Head side was worn out and when laying down feet were higher than the head side

Located close to several main attractions. Lounge area quite comfortable. Hand towels.

No airport shuttle service. Location in a rather dirty area of the city. We were charged $40 for parking even though we didn't have a car. Fortunately we noticed this and had it reversed on checking out. Breakfast was average. We battled to connect to Wi-Fi in our first room and had to move to another room closer to reception and connectivity improved. The bathroom is really tired and can do with an upgrade. Our room was not made up after the first night and when we enquired about this we were first told rooms are serviced only every 2 days due to Covid-19 and when we expressed our displeasure the explanation charged to something about a sustainable stay. There's a card at the back of the door which guests are required to hang on the outside of the door by 2h00am to indicate that they opt in for the sustainable stay programme. We left the card inside the room, which should indicate that we wanted our room to be cleaned, but this didn't happen.

Closeness to hospital my family needed to visit.

One of room keys did not work, room still had food under furniture. Bath tub drain was slow to drain.
