The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of choices. Just missing pancakes/waffles. Otherwise, we liked it!

The pool was murky, like the motor wasn’t running or the water had been the same for weeks or they had a lot of guests use it everyday and they didn’t clean it.

The first room they initially gave us was not clean but this was quickly sorted out by the manager. No hard feelings

Was informed that since we had pets we could only be put on 1st or 2nd floor after booking the executive floor. Nothing on site stated this. The floor was noisy with doors slamming after midnight. So we overpaid for our room and nothing could be done since we booked through Booking.com

Comfortable, friendly staff. Great location and shuttle. The breakfast was very good and the staff serving dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Dinner was very good as well.

It took a very long time to get the water hot in the shower. Once it was hot it was great. We were up early so that might be a factor regarding the hot water.
