Close to airport.
booked room for 3, on getting to room it had a strong smell of dampness. The room was changed rooms 3 times. They only provided towels for 2 peoples asked to come to reception for 3rd towel every day when needed. Ironing board was broken and could not be collasped, I call the reception to collect as there was not enough room to move around and anyone could stumble over it. I was informed someone will pick up in a few minutes, noone came I had to go downstairs to reception the following day at noon. spoke to the receptionist he had an attitude and said we could move it to one side. Until Destiny came in to reception as the conversation went on and she followed me to pick it up. No turntable in microwave, air conditioner not working on one of the days reported it in the morning around 9am came back at 11 and found the air con was still not in working order spoke to reception. Lady at reception shouted at me saying why am i reporting this at this hour as i had the whole day to do this. she said the only thing that can be done is to change rooms. Had to change rooms at midnight carrying belongings from one room to another.Night staff so rude and spoke to customers anyhow.

Volví a reservar allí 2 noches, y no validaron bien la reserva, por lo que decidieron tomar, manipular y tocar nuestras pertenencias al otro día y llevarlas al lobby. Nos botaron guías de viaje, facturas, y abrieron las maletas, por no verificar bien la reserva. Nunca nos llamaron ni se contactaron con nosotros. Muy mala atención del personal de recepción y el manager nunca nos respondió ni atendió. Nadie dio respuesta ni dio explicación.

As a business owner, I'm real big on the whole customer service experience. Overall it was a great stay, with the majority of the staff being polite and attentive. Within customer service I understand and respect the whole corporate structure of policy and procedures, but at the same time good customers service takes a huge balance of common sense. There were a couple of staff members that need to retrained, trained or made more aware of how valuable that simple asset can add to the customer service experience.
Im very frugal, when it comes to spending my hard earned money, but I'm far from being cheap, I selected Red Roof Inn for the price and convenience. What I don't like is being talked to in a condescending way by someone that feels privileged to wait on you, when you're spending your money. A couple of staff members had very rude tone and temperament and were tone death to good customer service. Although management got involved and most impressively took responsibility and offered to make things right with a discount and upgrade, which was a positive. Other staff members saved it from being a nasty situation.

This hotel was a convenient five minutes away from BWI airport. They offer a shuttle beginning at 5am to help you get to your early flights, and they offer airport parking for same price as the BWI long term lot.
The room was clean an comfortable.
We couldn't find anything to complain about.

Close to BWI, saved me from fighting through morning rush hour traffic
Old rooms, need renovation, no washcloths in room, front ofc staff automatically charged my card prior to arrival and didn't ask if I wanted to use card on file upon arrival.
