The property was clean and the staff was nice

We did not feel safe. The main doors to building A does not lock so anyone can come in there off the streets. Some of the guest look very sketchy. The halls smells like cigarettes and marijuana. There was no hot water only lukewarm. We complained and the maintenance man did his best to fix it. He said since it was a handicap accessible room the water temperature could not be turned to hot

The size of the room and the availability of the small kitchen was a plus.

The room we stayed in had Cobb webs in the corners near the ceiling. It was very dark in the room-decor.

It was close to Baltimore.

The hall ways were filled with pot smoke in building B. The pool was closed at 7pm daily and even closed at 5:15 one day for no reason. Ice maker and tv did not work.

Close to airport and train station. Shuttle. Jason the assistant manager was super. Went beyond with Service.

The location is great. It takes just a few minutes to get to the BWI airport. The suite was very spacious with a nice kitchenette.

Location was great. Walkable to restaurants and Seven11. Shuttle driver was amazing. Very friendly and willing to drive you anywhere at their discretion. The receptionist was very welcoming and accomodating. Nothing was too much for her. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was conveniently located to BWI airport and restaurants.

This was the most disgusting hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The sink was completely clogged, the door to our room was broken, there was what appeared to be feces around the bathroom light switch, food on curtains, and the refrigerator made loud noises keeping us up all night long.

Having a better living space for multiple people.

The front door lock kept getting jammed

The convenience of the location. I also love the kitchenette option.

The glass shower door would not stay closed so water kept comity the shower. the fan in the bathroom was leaking brown liquid. The bathroom wasn’t really clean. I had to clean once in the room. Oh and all the door to get in the building do not work. some don’t even lock. what is the point in having a key for entry when just anyone can walk in the buildings

Lauriane A & Nutan really bring sunshine to this establishment! They were very Professional and Attentive to my needs and provided me a quality customer service that I haven’t experienced in this area in quite some time.

The side entrance to the B Building was broke, wasn’t locking, & slamming when it closed on its own. I received a few early morning calls from the front desk after leaving a do not disturb message on the door and with the front desk the night before.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Quite location. Staff are friendly.

Not a lot of breakfast choices and breakfast meats doesn’t seem to be provided. The queen bed is more like a full size bed. The sitting table in the suite was wobbly. had a distinct smell of marijuana coming through the vents of the room.

The room was well-appointed but could use some sprucing up. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Our flight got canceled, and we chose this hotel because it was close, had a good price, breakfast, and provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. The problem was we could not get through to the front desk to have the shuttle pick us up from the airport. We tried for forty-five minutes and called a Lyft out of frustration. We were never able to speak with the front desk. Later we found out the shuttle driver had called out sick, and the only person who could pick us up was the lone front desk clerk, who was busy dealing with guest needs and couldn't leave. On the way back to the airport the next day. We had to leave the hotel earlier than we needed to because the shuttle driver would be on his lunch break during the appropriate time for us to leave. Other than the transportation issues, and frustration with trying to reach the front desk directly. The room and breakfast were good, and the staff we dealt with were exceptional.
