Did not exist

Check in to 30 minutes, then the door wouldn’t unlock. Once in the room the ac unit didn’t work. Maintenance guy finally got it working, but but had same issue next day. Was told “too bad, no maintenance guy on the weekend” and no other rooms available.

Confusion with my reservation so I had to stay in my car for hours due to the front desk unable to locate which was in their system all the time.

I cannot think of anything disappointing about this hotel and it's location, other than maybe a little better pillows. This hotel was updated, very clean, the staff was great and the location was perfect for our stay. We stayed here in Feb 2023 and if ever back in the area, we would definitely stay again. We recommend this hotel!

Could have used little better pillows but overall was an excellent hotel for our stay.

Nice to have a full kitchenette. Comfortable bed.

The tv selection - a paltry 36 channels, really nothing to watch. If you stay, bring your own laptop and streaming service. The big tv is useless. Also, it was missing some items - no hair dryer, no plates, bowls, or cups in the kitchen.

cigarette smoke smell in bathroom mainly and we asked for a nonsmoking. smoke coming thru bathroom vents. vending machine didn’t work contacted the vending machine operator and he basically accused me of lying.
