The person at reception was so welcoming, she made my stay excellent.

The rooms were nice, the only ugly thing is the outside, the paint job looks very very cheap.

Breakfast and staff were excellent. The staff helped me with my 94 year old Mom. The bed was very comfortable.

Easy access

Hotel is pet friendly and our room smelled like cat urine. Th windows were left open when we arrived (January) to try to mitigate the smell and they never said anything

The breakfast was excellent and the woman helping the guests with the food was terrific. The main desk staff both at late night and early morning were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom sink is a little low but I assume that is to accommodate smaller children.

The place was really clean, the rooms were very comfortable with all the appliances included. A dining table, small office and a couch.

We absolutely loved our suite!! The 500 sq. ft. room had everything we needed for us and our two grandchildren. A whole kitchen area with glasses, cups, plates, and all that it's needed for a stay over! The room was very clean! Right enough space for a family of four and the whirlpool was what my husband and I needed after a long drive and day! The children loved the pool!!

The room should have two TVs in a large suite instead of just one.

The carpet. At this point all hotels need to remove all carpet and just have a hard surface flooring. It’s better for cleanliness purposes. The shower heads need updating also. The bathroom does not have ventilation at all which is why the paint is peeling. The hotel just needs a lot of updating.
